Estelle Ducarteron, Talent acquisition & Outreach Specialist, Mikros Animation

After her studies in audiovisual production management, Estelle Ducarteron had her first experience of the world of CG artistry at the group Mikros Image in 2014. A year after, she joined the team of Mikros Animation as studio coordinator. In this role, she organized and managed the daily life of the Paris studio, following the needs of the artists and the studio as well as taking care of the onboarding of newcomers.

 

With her authentic commitment to supporting people finding their place in the studio and in the animation industry, Estelle naturally evolved into human resources to specialize in recruitment and talent outreach since 2017. In her current position, she has found a perfect mix of project management and human relationship, which are both near and dear to her heart.

 

Camila Oviedo, HR Coordinator, Mikros Animation

After her studies in intercultural relations and project management, Camila Oviedo worked in various fields, from outreach to advocacy. In 2019, she acquired a first experience in the entertainment industry as production assistant at Giraf Prod.   Always been drawn to supporting people in their development, she decided to turn back to human resources and joined Mikros Animation in 2019 as HR Coordinator. In this new position, Camila is in charge of recruiting talent for the various feature animation projects for the Paris studio. Commenting on her new role, Camila says to be proud to meet and work on a daily basis with people who turn their passion into a profession.
