Available Ticket Discounts
Student tickets are available for students, apprentices, trainees, pensioners and people with disabilities.
Please note that a valid student ID / proof of entitlement of a relevant authority / institution has to be uploaded during the ticket purchase.
Student groups are eligible for tickets with additional discount. Please direct your request to tickets@fmx.de.
Press Accreditation
A press accreditation will give you access to the On Site and On Demand program.
Please note: Everyone registering for a press accreditation must be an active contributor to a publication or media outlet. Applying does not guarantee accreditation. Each request will be reviewed before being authorized.

When can I buy my ticket?
Tickets for FMX 2025 will go on sale on January 28, 2024.
What are my payment options?
There are three ways to pay for your ticket: credit card, prepayment and PayPal.
Where can I find the informations regarding my booking?
You will find all information and actions regarding your booking in the booking self-service. Log in to the FMX website with your email address and booking ID.
What is the Business Lounge?
The Business Lounge is a newly created space for BUSINESS PASS holders only to sit, chat and enjoy coffeehouse catering - not to be confused with the Speakers' Lounge, which is exclusively reserved for FMX speakers.
What does Priority Access mean?
Priority access allows BUSINESS PASS holders to enter all presentations and talks without any ado – unless the room is already filled to capacity.
What is the COMBI PASS for FMX and ITFS?
The COMBI PASS allows you access to FMX On Site (May 6 to 9, 2025), FMX On Demand (May 10 to June 10, 2025) and the Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film (ITFS, May 6 to 11, 2025). After purchasing the COMBI PASS in the FMX Ticketshop you will have to register separately with ITFS via a personal registration link that is going to be included in the e-mail with your Ticket pdf. You will then have to pick up a separate ITFS badge at the ITFS Info- & Meeting Point (Haus der Katholischen Kirche, Königstraße 7, 70173 Stuttgart, walking distance from FMX). Can I get a refund for my ticket if I'm unable to attend?
You can cancel your unused and fully paid admission ticket no later than April 15, 2025. In this case, the purchase price will be refunded to you minus a processing fee of 3.9% (plus 19% VAT) of the invoice amount and a 5 EUR cancellation fee per ticket.
What is the difference between the On Site & On Demand Program?
The On Site Program takes place at Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart from May 6-9.
Most of those sessions will be available On Demand on our website after FMX from May 10 to June 10.
What options do I have for travelling to the event location?
Use our discounted FMX EVENT TICKET from Deutsche Bahn and travel to FMX 2025 sustainably throughout Germany.
You will receive an email with access to the FMX EVENT TICKET after your ticket purchase.
Where can I book a hotel in Stuttgart?
You can use our booking portal for reservations.
