David Anastacio Ferreira, CG Supervisor, Accenture Song VFX

David Anastácio Ferreira is a CG Supervisor at Mackevision - Accenture Song VFX with over 18 years of experience in the computer graphics industry. His multifaceted career began in 2008 at Arqui300, following an academic background in Biology and Architecture. It was during his architectural studies that he first discovered 3D Studio Max, pivoting his career toward the world of CG.

Throughout his extensive career, David has navigated nearly every facet of the CG pipeline, including tracking, VFX, rigging, and animation. He is also an experienced educator who has taught at various schools, universities, and major online platforms like CGMA.

After years of working as a freelancer on small international projects, he now leads technical teams on high-end productions. 

David is also the author of the professional development guide, "The Pocket Mentor for Careers in VFX," published by Taylor & Francis.
