Lutz Marquardt, Senior VFX Production Manager, Accenture Song Content Germany GmbH

Lutz Marquardt began his journey into the world of visual effects while studying at Stuttgart Media University. During this time, he worked on a range of student projects, taking on roles as both a director and compositor, while also gaining hands-on production experience through an internship and later as a working student at Mackevision.

After earning his Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Media, Lutz continued to follow his passion for VFX at Mackevision - now part of Accenture Song VFX. Over the past seven years, he has grown into his role as a Production Manager, contributing to a variety of high-profile projects, including Watchmen, Star Trek: Discovery, Lost in Space, Stranger Things, and Avatar: The Last Airbender. Most recently, he was part of the team behind HBO's The Penguin, which was honored with an Emmy Award for Best Visual Effects.

Her notable projects include "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire", "Spy Kids: Armageddon", "House of the Dragon" (Season 1), and "Carnival Row" (Season 2).
