This session explores the commonalities and differences in entrepreneurial approaches between content-driven founders and technology-based start-ups. As these two worlds are often confused, there will be some opening remarks to define the terms before selected input presentations highlight the business models, techniques and specifics of creative media start-ups.
The speakers were programmed in cooperation with European Film Market (Berlinale EFM), showcasing two EFM 2026 Startups and their needs in setting up the business: WeDaVinci (winner EFM Startup Award 2026) and Lux AI. As well als Laidak Films, which presented at the EFM Animation days.
The audience is cordially invited to participate in the discussion.
