Fishbowl: Future-Proofing for creative industries creators

Join us and become an active part of this year's PANEURAMA Fishbowl, an open group discussion on good environments and solid foundations for creative entrepreneurship and innovation. We shape the dialogue and define the actions to stimulate a continuum between learning and doing by looking at a good bilateral connection and balance between academic education and the needs of the cultural creative sector. Let`s discuss the opportunities for young professionals, industry and educators, to reclaim the prospects and positive outlook for creators leaving higher education and entering the market. Whether it is the future-proofing of knowledge and experience, the foundation for entrepreneurship and innovation, or positive environments, this dynamic round will explore cutting-edge approaches, including industry-harmonized curricula, experiential learning, digital platforms, and lifelong professional development, with the aim of strengthening young professionals with the skills, mindset, and agility needed for the future of work and their path into the market. More than a groupdiscussion, it's a mission to reimagine the future of learning and working.

To warm up, listen to this morning's session “PANEURAMA: future-proofing creative industries creators”, which will give an update on latest topics online SkillBASE, entrepreneurship and innovation as well as the current situation for young professionals entering the industry: Turm Aalen Wednesday, May 07, 10:00
