We work across borders by being boots on the ground for all our clients across geographies and ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining ethical standards in production. My core competencies lie in cross-border productions and strategic development, grounded in a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion.
I am also the creator of the global equity project We Are Not In Silos (WANS). WANS seeks to foster actionable solutions through dialogue, collaboration, and skilling opportunities across the media ecosystem. By focusing on talent and potential rather than restrictive gender perceptions, WANS aims to create pathways for advancement and collaboration and widen the opportunity table that appreciates the efforts of women, non-binary, and menas well.
Heike is a VFX Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in the visual effects industry.
Throughout her career, she has worked as an experienced compositor and team leader, contributing to major productions for renowned studios such as RodeoFX, ILP, Cinesite and more. Her work has contributed to a number of award-winning shows like Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, The Boys, and many others.
In her current role as a VFX Supervisor on production site, Heike focuses on bridging the gap between film production and VFX Vendors, with a particular emphasis on the DACH region.
