Martin Kwok, Supervising Sound Editor / Dialogue & ADR Supervisor, Park Road Post Production

Sound Editor Martin Kwok has been part of the innovative, dedicated and award winning post production community in Wellington, New Zealand for over two decades.

Having worked on all of Peter Jackson’s titles since The Lord of The Rings trilogy in the early 2000s, he’s become an integral part of a forward thinking and pioneering group of sound professionals who have also worked for the likes of Steven Spielberg, James Cameron and Denis Villeneuve.

Alongside his Emmy Award winning team on The Beatles Get Back documentary series, the crew developed groundbreaking changes in sound with the advent of MAL - machine learning audio source separation tools that helped to retrace history in a more defined manor tailored to the screen.

Recently inducted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science Sound Branch, Martin looks forward to continuing his love for soundtracks and storytelling and sharing those experiences with the generations ahead.
