Lutz Marquardt, Senior VFX Production Manager, Accenture Song Content Germany GmbH

Lutz Marquardt embarked on his journey into the world of Visual Effects while pursuing his education at Stuttgart Media University. There, he delved into a variety of student projects, assuming roles as both Director and Compositor, while also gaining valuable experience in production through an internship and subsequent position as a working student at Mackevision.

Upon completing his Bachelor's degree in "Audiovisual Media," Lutz continued to pursue his passion for VFX at Mackevision, which later became Accenture Song VFX following its acquisition by the multinational service company Accenture. Over a span of more than five years, he flourished in roles as a Coordinator and Production Manager, leaving his mark on notable projects such as "Watchmen," "Star Trek: Discovery, Season 3," "Lost in Space, Season 3," "Stranger Things, Season 4," and "Avatar: The Last Airbender, Season 1."

Betty Tytko, 3D Animator, Accenture Song Content Germany GmbH

Betty Tytko completed her bachelor's degree in engineering at Stuttgart Media University and her master's degree in arts at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.

Before starting her career as a 3D Animator in the VFX industry, she gained experience in various areas of feature animation on several projects such as "The Ogglies" and "My Fairy Troublemaker". Thanks to her experience in different departments, Betty has a great understanding of production processes and is not afraid of taking new challenges.

At Accenture Song she has recently worked on "Stranger Things, Season 4" and "Avatar the Last Airbender, Season 1" and “Shadow & Bone, Season 2”, which was nominated for an Emmy.
