Paul Franklin

Paul Franklin, VFX Supervisor & Designer, DNEG

Paul Franklin is a multi-award-winning filmmaker and visual effects artist with over 30 years of experience. In 1998 Paul co-founded DNEG, now one of the world’s biggest VFX studios with credits on hundreds of films. Paul’s VFX work can be seen in films including 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix', 'Inception', and 'Interstellar'. He has won two Oscars® and two BAFTAs for VFX. He most recently worked as VFX Supervisor on the hotly anticipated sequel ‘Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire’. Prior to this, he directed the political thriller ‘Fireworks’, a film shot using real-time virtual production within an LED wall.

Aleks Pejic

Aleks Pejic, VFX Supervisor, DNEG

Aleksandar Pejic is an experienced VFX Supervisor for DNEG in London. He recently supervised the DNEG VFX crew on Legendary’s ‘Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire’. Prior to this, he was a VFX Supervisor on ‘Fast X’, ‘Space Jam: A New Legacy’ and Netflix's ‘The Witcher’, for which he won the BAFTA Award for ‘Special, Visual & Graphic Effects’ for his work on the second season.    With a career spanning over 20 years, Aleks is a veteran in the field. His credits showcase his strength with action on an epic scale for some of Hollywood’s biggest franchises: ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, ‘Inception’, ‘Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince’, ‘Total Recall’, ‘The Dark Knight’, and ‘Batman Begins’.    With extensive experience in the film and TV industries, he has developed comprehensive production skills, including early-stage creative development and on-set shooting supervision.    Outside of his career in the VFX industry, Aleks is most often found walking his son’s dog John Wick, playing bass guitar, or leaping out of an aircraft... with a parachute attached; which definitely adds a certain insight for his work on action blockbusters.
