Jim joined DNEG three years ago as a complete novice to the VFX industry. Since joining, Jim has recruited for all areas of the VFX Pipeline in both the VFX and Feature Animation divisions, run outreach for Universities in the UK and internationally, represented DNEG at events across Europe and also heads up DNEG's annual Graduate and Internship Programmes.
