Oliver Dunn, Supervising Performance TD, Animal Logic

Oliver has been in the Film and Games industry for over 20 years. Started life as a generalist game artist, moved through various facets of the industry, from the creative eventually over to the technical side.   He is currently residing at Animal Logic as the Supervising Performance TD, looking after the technology for the edit, tracking, layout and animation departments. He oversees TDs teams in the Sydney and Vancouver studios, focussing on getting the right balance between pushing forwards on innovation while maintaining stability.

 

Jimmy Ockey, Recruitment Supervisor, Animal Logic

Jimmy Ockey has over 15 years of experience in the Animation and VFX industry. He began his career as an Animator at Vancouver’s Mainframe Entertainment, working on episodic animation projects.

In 2008, after graduating with a Business Management degree in Human Resources, Jimmy moved into recruiting at Image Engine, building the team for Neil Blomkamp’s District 9. Since than Jimmy’s recruiting career has flourished with several VFX and animated films. With the opening of Animal Logic in Vancouver in 2015, Jimmy joined the team as the Recruiting Supervisor to help crew up on Lego Ninjago, The Lego Movie Sequel, and now Super Pets.
