Oliver Markowski became the Head of 3D at RISE | Visual Effects Studios in 2020 after successfully delivering the full-CG animated feature Dragonrider as a VFX supervisor. Before joining the RISE team, Oliver previously worked as a Freelancer for notable companies including Scanline, Trixter, Mackevision and Framestore. Oliver is also a proud self-dubbed geek who builds gadgets like his own low-budget mini light-stage for face scanning in his spare time.
Fuat Yüksel is Head of FX at RISE Visual Effects Studios.
Together with the FX-Team, he lives his passion for physical phenomena such as
large scale simulations, destruction, fluids and character-related solvers.
Being graduated in design and mathematics, he combines aesthetic expertise with technical
knowledge in the realms of CG-Maths and Physics.
He enjoys finding technical and visual solutions and workflows together with the RISE Pipeline,
Supervisors and Leads.
In 2021, RISE has completely switched to a fully-USD-based pipeline using Solaris in Production.
