Video on demand

A monster for the big screen from a (not so) small team - the VFX of "A Calling. From the Desert. To the Sea"

At the beginning of the undertaking of  "The Ghoul" from "A Calling. From the Desert. To the Sea" was the ambitious idea of creating a cg creature that would match all the current needs in the VFX Industry as our graduation project at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. In this panel we will elaborate on our design approach, production process touching on creature sculpting and texturing, rigging and simulations and rendering as well as the make-or-break decisions we faced and hopefully serve as an inspiration for your own creature projects.
