Simon Davies has been recruiting in the VFX / Creative Tech sector for over 12 years, with experience across VFX and Games he has helped studios build award winning, multi-disciplined teams.
Simon joined the ILM London team in 2015 and has helped the studio grow to a crew of over 600 Artists and Support Staff. With a passion for engaging with the most diverse and creative talent, he is always looking for new and exciting ways to connect with established and aspiring VFX Artists wherever they may be.
For Simon, one of the great joys of being part of the ILM team is the constant evolution and development of the studios, including the recent explosion of TV / Episodic projects and the technical wizardry of Virtual Production and StageCraft. There are always new and exciting challenges and this is reflected in the diverse range of projects that Simon and the Recruitment Team have recently been hiring for including: ABBA Voyage, The Batman, Lost Ollie, The Book OF Boba Fett and The Mandalorian.
