Karley Bittner, Talent Acquisition Manager, Blue Zoo Animation
Karley recruits externally for the studio and supports the rest of the recruitment team with head hunting the best talent to join us. She also supports helping to write role descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting applications and proactively engages with talent feedback.
Lauren Deakin, Talent Acquisition Manager, Blue Zoo Animation Studio
Lauren recruits externally for several departments across the studio, working closely with hiring managers to identify the most suitable & awesome talent to join us. She also leads on presenting at virtual recruitment events, provides the team with regular recruitment statistics, and continues to implement our hiring system, Eploy.
Sara-Laila Francis, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Blue Zoo Animation
Sara-Laila heads up our recruitment team. She is responsible for implementing and delivering on our recruitment strategies, as well as leading on direct searches for key roles to attract and onboard diverse new talent.
