Matt Arnold is a Talent Manager at The Mill.   Having been in recruitment for 5 years, Matt decided to take a leap into VFX in 2021. Since then he has helped countless artists, producers and marketeers land their dream job within the Visual FX industry and work on projects for clients such as McLaren, Rainforest Alliance and Bethesda.   In his career Matt has also worked with the likes of Adam & Eve DDB, BBC, ITV, BT Sport, Saatchi and Saatchi and has even worked on a social media campaign with the FA & Prince William about mental health in football.
