ONLINE GUIDE

FMX Online will be available on the FMX website on May 8 for all ticket holders except Experience Pass holders. You will find exclusive sessions here. To access FMX Online, please carefully read this guide. It will inform you:

1. How to log in to the FMX website
2. How to get access to FMX Online
3. How to watch presentations
4. How to set your Favorites

Enhance Your Experience

For the best experience, we recommend using the conference platform with a desktop or laptop computer rather than a mobile device.

 

If you experience any technical difficulties, send an email to helpdesk@fmx.de.

1. Log in to the FMX website

  • If you already have an account from last year, sign in.
  • Create a new account by clicking on "register". Please make sure to use the e-mail address associated with your ticket purchase. Set a new password, and verify your e-mail address. If you can't find the e-mail with the verification link, please check your spam folder.
  • Now you can log in to our website via the login button on the top right corner or via this link.

2. Get access to FMX Online

After successful registration or sign-in, visit https://account.fmx.de/ticket to redeem your FMX Ticket. You should see your ticket ID already filled in. Click continue to redeem it.

If your ticket ID is not filled in:

  • If you bought tickets via our ticket shop, you can find it on the eTicket we have sent via email from booking@fmx.de.
  • Speakers and contributors, please contact helpdesk@fmx.de.

3. Watch presentations

  • Simply browse the Friday, May 8, section of the Program Schedule and choose presentations you would like to watch. Lof in in time and click on the presentation. A page with an integrated video player will open.

4. Set Your Favorites

We have a feature on our website that gives you the opportunity to mark your individual favorites.

  • Log in to our website via the login button on the top right corner
  • Navigate to Program and Schedule.
  • Every presentation plate has golden star symbol in the upper right corner - click on it to add it to your favorites.
  • If you click on a presentation, you will find an "Add to favoritesā€ button below the presentation title.
  • In the top navigation of our website there's a FAVORITES tab leading to your personal selection of favorites.

 

FAQ

Why do I need my ticket number to log in?

If you need your ticket number to log in, you are trying to log in with an email address that is not associated with your ticket. When you purchased your ticket, you were asked to provide a unique email address for the ticket holder. If you are using that email address, you do not need the ticket number.

Where can I find my ticket ID?

You can find your ticket ID under the QR-Code on the eTicket you received attached to an email from booking@fmx.de with the subject line Your Ticket for FMX 2025.

 

Can't find the email?

 

Alternatively, you can log in to the booking self-service with your booking ID from the email with the subject Booking Confirmation FMX 2025 from booking@fmx.de to download the eTicket with the ticket number.

 

If all of that doesn't work, please contact helpdesk@fmx.de.

 

I created an account, but haven't received a verification link. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder. If you can't find an email with your verification link there, please get in touch via helpdesk@fmx.de.

I authorized my registration on my mobile phone, but the registration process does not proceed on my desktop computer where I started it. What can I do?

Please refresh by pressing the F5 key. You should now be able to proceed.

When will the FMX Online program be available?

The FMX Online presentations will be available on May 8 and run as listed in the Program Schedule. Some of the presentations are exclusive and will not be part of the On Demand program.
