Why do I need my ticket number to log in?
If you need your ticket number to log in, you are trying to log in with an email address that is not associated with your ticket. When you purchased your ticket, you were asked to provide a unique email address for the ticket holder. If you are using that email address, you do not need the ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket ID?
You can find your ticket ID under the QR-Code in the eTicket you received attached to an email from booking@fmx.de with the subject line Your Ticket for FMX 2023.
Can't find the email?
Alternatively, you can log in to the booking self-service with your booking ID from the email with the subject Booking Confirmation FMX 2023 from booking@fmx.de to download the eTicket with the ticket number.

I created an account, but haven't received a verification link. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder. If you can't find an email with your verification link there, please get in contact with us via helpdesk@fmx.de.
I verified my registration on my mobile phone, but the registration process does not proceed on my desktop computer where I started it. What can I do?
Please refresh your computer. You should now be able to proceed.
I am logged in, but I can't watch the online program. What do I need to do?
In order to connect your account with your ticket, you need to follow these steps to verify your account: Redeem Your Ticket
When will the online program become available?
Online presentations will become available for streaming at their scheduled time on April 28. After that, most FMX VOD sessions will be available until May 31. However, there will be some exclusive presentations that will only be available for a limited amount of time.
Are there any on site presentations available via video on demand?
Yes! Browse our schedule and look for the little turquoise VoD flag. On site presentations with this label will become available for video on demand on April 28.
If you’d like to watch an on site presentation via video on demand, log in and click on their slot in the schedule. You will find the recording there.
How to Log In
1. REGISTER or SIGN IN with your existing account
- Create a new account here. Please make sure to use the same email address to which you received this email, set a new password, and verify your email address.
(Please also check your spam folder for the verification link after setting up your account.)
OUR TIP!: Simplify your login experience via Social Login to skip the registration verification. You can use the information from your social account to facilitate the login to our website.
- If you already have an account from last year, sign in.
2. VERIFY your account with your FMX 2023 ticket ID
- Refresh the page and confirm your ticket ID. Your ticket number will be added automatically.
If this is not the case:
- For ticketholders, who bought tickets in the ticketshop: you can find it on the eTicket you received via email from booking@fmx.de.
- For speakers, partners oder exhibitors, please contact helpdesk@fmx.de.
3. LOG IN
After finalizing your registration and verification, you can log in on our website via the login button on the top right corner or via this link.
How to Watch Presentations Online
The online program will be available on our website from April 28 - May 31.
Apart from the sessions on April 28, you will also have access to recorded on site presentations. Simply browse the FMX schedule to find out what presentations are available for video on demand (look out for the VoD flag).
To watch the online program, you simply have to follow these steps:
- Log in on our website: Login
- After the login, you should already see the schedule. If not, navigate to Program -> Program 2023 -> Schedule
- In the schedule a little VoD flag indicates the presentations that are available via video on demand. Click on the presentation you would like to watch. A page with an integrated video player will open.
Please note: On April 28, the presentations will become available at their scheduled time.

How to Mark Your Favorites
We have a new feature on our website that gives you the opportunity to mark favorites. This works for both the on site and online sessions.
How do you mark your favorites?
- Navigate to the program.
- Click on a presentation you are interested in.
- You will find a button saying “Add to favorites” below the presentation title.
- Plan your own conference schedule and mark your favorites.
- In the top navigation of our website you will find a “My favorites” tab. Here you will find a collection of your favorites.
FAQ: Video on Demand
Are the speakers actually on site in Stuttgart from Tuesday to Thursday?
Yes, they are live on stage at Haus der Wirtschaft!
…even if their session is marked as VOD?
Yes, this simply means that we will record their sessions and make it available on April 28 via video on demand.
I have an online ticket – can I watch the VoD sessions from the on site program live via livestream.
You need to be a little patient here – there is no livestream. The entire VoD program will become available on April 28. But don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to watch the sessions until May 31.
