Where can I find my ticket number?

You can find your ticket number below the QR code in your confirmation e-mail from Xing, which you received right after buying your ticket.

You can find your ticket number below the headline "Your Attendance" in your confirmation e-mail from Xing, which you received right after buying your ticket.

I created an account, but haven't received a verification link. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder. If you can't find an e-mail with you verification link there, please get in contact with us via helpdesk@fmx.de.
I verified my registration on my mobile phone, but the registration process does not proceed on my desktop computer where I started it. What can I do?
Please refresh your computer. You should now be able to proceed.
I tried to log in with my Xing acount data, but it doesn't seem to work. What should I do?
You can't log in with your Xing data. You need to set up an account specifically for our website.

I already set up an account for your website, but can't watch the online program. What do I need to do?
In order to connect your account with your ticket, you need to follow these steps to verify your account: Redeem Your Ticket
Please note: You don't need to create a new account! Simply choose "Sign in" at the beginning.
When will the online program become available?
Online presentations and live Q&A will become available for streaming at their scheduled time on May 6. After that, presentations will stay available until May 31.
Are there any on site presentations available via video on demand?
Yes! Browse our schedule and look for the little turquoise VoD flag. On site presentations with this label will become available for video on demand on May 6.
If you’d like to watch an on site presentation via video on demand, log in and click on their slot in the schedule. You will find the recording there.
Will live Q&A be available via video on demand?
As we'd like to keep the live Q&A intimate, we will not record them, therefore they will not be available via video on demand. So make sure to be there on time!
How to Log In
To watch the online presentations on May 6, you simply need to log in on our website.
If you are logging in for the first time:
- Create an account and follow the steps here: Registration
Important: When creating your account, please use the same e-mail address you used when buying your ticket. - Log in on our website.

How to Watch Presentations Online
The online program will be available on our website from May 6-31.
Apart from the sessions on May 6, you will also have access to recorded on site presentations. Simply browse the FMX schedule to find out what presentations are available for video on demand (look out for the VoD flag).
To watch the online program, you simply have to follow these steps:
- Log in on our website: Login
- After the login, you should already see the schedule. If not, navigate to Program -> Program 2022 -> Schedule
- In the schedule a little VoD flag indicates the presentations that are available via video on demand. Click on the presentation you would like to watch. A page with an integrated video player will open.
Please note: On May 6, the presentations will become available at their scheduled time.

How to Join a Live Q&A
Important: The live Q&A will not be recorded, so make sure to be there on time!
- For taking part in the live Q&A after the presentations and panels, please go to the schedule and choose the Q&A you would like to watch. In the schedule, every live Q&A (and live presentation) has a red flag that says "LIVE".
- A page with a “Join the Q&A” button will open. Click on the button and join the live Q&A.
- You will be prompted to either download or launch Zoom. Within the provided Zoom room, you are able to ask your questions.
How to Mark Your Favorites
We have a brand new feature on our website that gives you the opportunity to mark favorites. This works for both the on site and online sessions.
How do you mark your favorites?
- Navigate to the program.
- Click on a presentation you are interested in.
- You will find a button saying “Add to favorites” below the presentation title.
- Plan your own conference schedule and mark your favorites.
- In the top navigation of our website you will find a “My favorites” tab. Here you will find a collection of your favorites.
FAQ: Video on Demand
Are the speakers actually on site in Stuttgart from Tuesday to Thursday?
Yes, they are live on stage at Haus der Wirtschaft!
…even if their session is marked as VOD?
Yes, this simply means that we will record their sessions and make it available on May 6 via video on demand.
I have an online ticket – can I watch the VoD sessions from the on site program live via livestream.
You need to be a little patient here – there is no livestream. The entire VoD program will become available on May 6. But don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to watch the sessions until May 31.
Are there any exclusive sessions that are only available for a limited amount of time?
