ABOUT FMX

The Film & Media Exchange started in 1994, when Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg
decided to host a fair for students at Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart, Germany.

 

The event quickly developed into what it is now: Europe's most important conference
dedicated to animation, visual effects, interactive and immersive media.

To round things off, the School Campus offers new perspectives to young creatives.

FMX Community

Despite having grown into an international conference, FMX aims to stay true to its roots: We want to offer an event that brings together our community – no matter if it is in Stuttgart or online. Through our popular Get-Togethers, we are dedicated to creating spaces for our Community to network, discuss the latest developments or just have a little chat.
