Rob Bredow, Visual Effects Supervisor & Head of New Media, Industrial Light & Magic

Terrence Masson, Founder/ CEO, Building Conversation

"There's an energy level, a real excitement, not just for what we've done, but what our industry does. There's a passion there that is just infectious."

Dr. Hank Driskill, Technical Supervisor, Walt Disney Animation Studios

"Well we don't have anything like this in London (…)  it's beautifully run, it's a lovely building, a lovely city, there's a natural enthusiasm and passion for the work. It feels very genuine and it's not too dominated by any one particular industry or business."
Marc Solomon, Animation Supervisor, Framestore

"It's a great event bringing everyone together to celebrate our industry and to propel it into its next stage."
Duncan Burbridge, Executive Producer, The Third Floor Inc.

"FMX is the one place that brings everything together (…) I've probably come here for ten years and I think that I'll come for another ten years easily."

"To not address the European marketplace would be a major problem – FMX takes that role and does a very good job out of it.
Scott Ross, Founder Digital Domain, Ex CEO/Chairman Digital Domain, Ex Sr. VP LucasFilm, Ex GM Industrial Light & Magic

"FMX is really important in our industry. I come here every year because I get ten minutes, twenty minutes with a bunch of people all of whom I rely on every year in a rather stressful environment and I think those bonds are really hard to forge in this business. So any opportunity to have them, I'm going to jump on it."
Chris de Faria, President, Digital Production, Animation and Visual Effects for Warner Bros. Pictures

"I met a lot of effects artists that I’ve never had the chance to meet. It has been a terrific experience."

"The dinners and after-events likewise, were wonderful, and did exactly as intended, providing the ever-valuable  -and rare – chances to have quality conversations with many fascinating people, be they industry luminaries or students, and genuinely get to know them a bit, is so much more illuminating than any normal conference situation allows."
Alex Laurant, Sr. Art Director, HoloLens Experiences, Microsoft Studios
