Shelley Page, Head of International Outreach, DreamWorks Animation

Shelley Page has been working in the field of feature animation since 1986. She was one of the first group of artists hired to establish DreamWorks Animation in Los Angeles in 1995. Her credits, on over 30 feature films to date, include ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit?’, ‘Shrek’, ‘Shark Tale’, ‘Madagascar’, ‘Kung Fu Panda’, 'How to Train Your Dragon' and ‘The Croods’. Her present responsibilities at Dreamworks Animation include building relationships with schools and events worldwide and sourcing new talent for future projects. Since 2006 Shelley has been closely involved with the creation of new DreamWorks Animation teams in India and China. She has a particular interest in student animation and is a member of the graduation juries and advisory boards of leading animation schools and festivals worldwide and, in the course of these events, she also collects her personal favourites into her well-known ‘Eye Candy’ selection which she screens at schools and events around the world.

FMX is funded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Arts and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Housing of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg, the City of Stuttgart and MFG Baden-Wuerttemberg. taking place in cooperation with ACM Siggraph. FMX is an event by the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg, organized by Animationsinstitut, hosting the Animation Production Days (APD), a joint venture with the Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film (ITFS).
